Application form

When you decide for a  multi day ride, you complete the application form, we send you a suggestion list of things to pack and a booking confirmation.

Booking and Payment

Once you decided for a ride, to make a reservation we ask a 20% down payment. The outstanding balance should be on our account  latest when the ride starts. If you find it more convenient you could pay the balance in cash. Here you find our general terms and cancellation policy. No down-payment required for rides shorter than 2 days.

Payments options

We receive payments as

• Deposits in USD or Chilean Pesos on our Chilean bank account
• Deposits in EUR on our German bank account
• Cash payments in CLP, USD and EUR .
• Only multi day rides: PayPal money transfers. The PayPal money request involves a 5% fee for handling; if you prefer this let us know and we send you a money request through the PayPal web-page.
